We Deserve Healing

There always comes a time in our lives, when the only person that can help us, is ourselves.

We have to make the proper changes, to be able to have a better quality of life.

Depending on your mindset, you may be more or less motivated for these changes.

No matter the diagnosis, we must accept the position we are in. With dignity and respect, we go through the motions of doctor visit after doctor visit. Being passed around from different specialties and departments. Till we are left with no answers and no plan.

Getting your health together is a daunting task. The stress and pain alone can cause a new diagnosis!

It can be hard not to feel so victimized by the healthcare system, but it is our responsibility to find our healing path.

Let us restore our mind, body, and spirit!

Lifestyle changes are always recommended from our doctors, but sometimes we can fall short of a plan. An Ayurvedic or Holistic lifestyle are conservative approaches that aim to prevent illness, manage pain and disease. Wellness and lifestyle regimens are created to help deliver change more effortlessly.

Lifestyle changes are difficult without a support system. When you change for your health, there is a HUGE shift in our mental and emotional bodies. Essentially, we are not the same. Finding our own unique balance can be difficult. Finding a great coach or counselor will help guide you into the changes to help you find stability.

A lifestyle change isn’t a lifestyle change, without a proper diet. Whole cooked organic foods that are compatible with your energy type, are conducive to our health and digestion. Our digestion is important. It is how we feed our cells. On a cellular level, we absorb nutrients, create energy, and waste. If we do not feed our cells properly it can cause disease and illness.

What we put into our bodies should matter. It takes an amount of effort to find foods that are truly healthy.

Caring for yourself takes self love and patience. Give yourself grace, but never give up on your health & quality of life.

Cleanses done seasonally are helpful to our body. Our system needs a periodic reset that helps clean our channels, and digestive tract. There are many types of cleanses such as intermittent fasting, day of silence, cleaning your house, meditation, gentle yoga, or full fast. Always consult your doctor before fasting. Doing gentle cleanses remind us to let go of the things that do not serve us.

There are many scientifically proven herbs that can are used to treat a myriad of illnesses, manage pain, or disease. Trying an all natural approach with herbal supplements can be new. Just as if your getting a new pill from the doctor, be sure to get your herbal supplements from a trusted source, like a Holistic, Naturopathic, Herbalist, or Ayurvedic Doctor.

Be sure to do your own research! Know the use, and side effects, and ASK QUESTIONS.

Creating a lifestyle that supports our health and unique energy body is a beautiful goal. We all deserve health & happiness.
