Everything is going great. I was able to exercise more last week, I was walking 3 miles daily with 2 rest days. I did suffer from some foot pain but resting made me feel better the next day. 3 Week Follow Up

Time for Change Just saw the my surgeon today. Everything is healing up nicely! So I still have to take my meds as my nerve and soft tissue are still healing.
