Lumpia with Cilantro Salsa Cream Sauce

I started feeling nostalgic & missing my moms cooking. So I went to the nearest Asian Supermarket and got all the ingredients for Lumpia.

Lumpia is a Filipino version of a spring roll! It has always been my favorite growing up.

Lumpia with Cilantro Salsa Cream Sauce

This recipe makes 110 Egg Rolls

Ingredients

4 Carrots

3 Green Peppers

1/4 of an Onion

3 garlic cloves

2 lbs Ground Pork

2 lbs Ground Chicken

2 25pack spring roll wrappers

2 eggs for egg wash

Salt

Pepper

Maggi Seasoning Liquid

Sauce

1 cp Salsa

3 tbsp Cilantro

1/4 cp Sour Cream

Directions

Using a food processor Mince the carrots, green peppers, onions, & Garlic into a big bowl.

Add ground chicken & Pork. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Maggi Seasoning liquid. Then stir.

Place egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape on table. Put lumpia mix in the center making a small even line. Fold the bottom portion of the diamond over the mix and gently start rolling the egg roll

Once rolled cut the Egg Roll in half.

Fry for about 7 min on each side or till brown.

For the sauce add cilantro & sour cream to salsa. Stir.

Dip Egg roll & enjoy!
